Driver's Ed is an online course required by California for minors. 30hrs in length and teaches students what the signs and lines mean while driving.
After driver's ed is completed, each student will be issued a certificate of completion. Your teen will need to take their certificate to the DMV along with their birth certificate, Social Security number, and a completed DL 44 form (application for the permit). They will then take the written permit test. Once they obtain the permit, student will be eligible to take the behind the wheel part of the driving program.
Your child must be between the ages of 15 years old to enroll in a driver's education program. Adult students are encouraged to participate in the driver's education course. Sample permit practice questions test also available.

No. We payments plans, however all payments must be made prior to starting any driving lessons with Norcal Driving School.
No, our behind the wheel lessons are strictly one on one in order to provide our students with the full and undivided attention which makes for a positive learning experience.
All driving lessons are 2 hours long.

Yes, if you must cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a cancellation fee of $75.00. Drive Test appointments require 48hrs notice. No permit present at the time of lesson will result in a cancellation fee of $75.00. Please remember to email firstname.lastname@example.org.
